Great to use after working out

I have used this device for years. As an aging athlete, I no longer need a chiropractor or physical therapist to assist me in correcting issues because of the versatility of this device. I even got a second one (because the charge would run out), and discovered your new model has significantly improved battery life (and it wasn't my imagination - I confirmed it with you). The new model lasts long enough to more than meet my needs. Particularly around hips - for the psoas - and noting I have two artificial discs in my lower back and double hip-replacements, this device has been a god-send. I am performing at world-class levels for my age group - and for myfascial release, breaking up scar tissue, alleviating symptoms from compensations, this is my most-used device that is almost essential for me. Perfect size as well - lacrosse ball is not enough, softball is too big, and with the vibration, at least for me - the results are miraculous.

Love this wellness ball vibration is very therapeutic on my feet would recommend as a athlete for anybody looking to relieve sore spots on the body after moving or sitting all day. It's a plus you can travel with it to since it's very small and portable great warm up recovery tool to add to my wellness routine!

When I can't bring the massage gun with me because of weight, I bring this thing. Love bringing it backpacking for those long hikes post night!

As a touring author, I spend much of the day on my feet. And as a former athlete, my feet are historically tight. Whether my flight is delayed or I am prepping for a 3 on 3 run, this is the perfect size to target my feet and also large muscle groups like my quads and hamstrings. Only knock is the button is easy to press by accident and pitch up into a higher vibration frequency than I was seeking. But it is equally easy to get back on track with two clicks of a button!

This little guy is convenient, sure. But I got this in hopes it would live up to the bigger sphere and it just doesn't cut the cake. Great for travel, riding in the car, etc. But at home? I prefer the bigger sphere!

This device is an excellent alternative to a lacrosse ball. If you were looking to mix up your recovery game. It also holds a charge for a lot longer than you would think something. The size should. Highly recommend adding this to your recovery arsenal.

Powerful, Sturdy, Effective

Great tool for sore muscles. I use it regularly on my shoulder and behind my shoulder blade. I would buy again. Works perfect and change lasts a long time.

I think I'd like the size of this (3x3x3) better than the slightly larger regular version (5x5x5) as it is more like a regular massage ball, but there is no arguing with its power and utility. Just use it on a yoga mat, carpet, or bed. It needs something soft to recoil against.
